This post is not feminist; it is about equality in doing a job. I have long held the view that if women can do the job, they should get the same pay as a man doing the job.
There are discussions in the church about female ministers and the possibility of a lady rising to a position of greater prominence in the church. To me, the question is about belief and believability of the person, not their sexuality.
